2. Services Offered

Keystone Maintenance and Gutter specializes in gutter installation, gutter guards, soffit fascia, handyman services, chimney rebuilds on exterior masonry and crowns, storm doors, ceiling fans, painting, changing faucets, hanging TVs, running electrical, hanging artwork, changing light fixtures, replacing receptacles, changing out locks and door knobs, and installing ring cameras and flood lights. The availability and scope of these services are subject to change without notice.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Keystone Maintenance and Gutter are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to change if the actual scope of work differs from the initial assessment. We reserve the right to adjust the final price based on unforeseen issues discovered during the project.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to the client. Typically, a deposit may be required before the commencement of work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Keystone Maintenance and Gutter reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or equipment failure. We will make every effort to provide timely notice and minimize any inconvenience.

6. Warranty

Keystone Maintenance and Gutter provides a warranty on our workmanship for a specified period, as detailed in the service agreement. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, or improper maintenance. Any claims under the warranty must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone Maintenance and Gutter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via our services.
